Method (Natural Effervescence)
The apples are handpicked, crushed, and pressed only once. Fermentation happens at low temperatures in sealed tanks, allowing the cider to become naturally effervescent without any added sugars.
Tasting Notes (0.5% alc./vol.)
A lightly acidic, low-alcohol, sparkling cider (0.5% alc./vol.) with a bouquet of fresh apples. Its natural effervescence brings out its true fruity taste.
Serve chilled between 4°C and 6°C.
Ideal as an aperitif or with desserts, it can be served for any occasion, to celebrate or simply as a refreshment.
