Ice cider is produced in winter through cryoextraction, which consists in freezing the must then extracting sweet, flavourful and concentrated syrup. The must is fermented at low temperatures for 6 to 8 months.
Tasting Notes (10% alc./vol.)
An ice cider with subtle but complex aromas of candied apples and apricots. A smooth yet pleasant acidity with concentrated flavours. Excellent and fine mouth finish.
Serve chilled between 8ºC and 10ºC.
The perfect pairing for foie gras, fine cheeses and desserts.
