With a blend of apple juice and apple-brandy, this Québécois pommeau is gently aged in oak barrels for 18 months to achieve its fullness.

A beautifully coloured golden pommeau with aromas of ripe apples, vanilla and apple brandy. In the mouth, it is smooth and heady.
Serve chilled (6°C to 8°C) as an aperitif or an after-dinner drink. It is also delicious served at room temperature (16 °C to 18 °C) with foie gras or with soft and strong Quebec cheeses.
