METHOD (NATURAL EFFERVESCENCE)
The apples for the Clos/Point5 sparkling cider are handpicked, crushed, and pressed only once. Fermentation happens at low temperatures in sealed tanks, allowing the Clos/Point5 cider to become naturally effervescent without any added sugars.
TASTING NOTES (0.5% ALC./VOL.)
The Clost/Point5 is a lightly acidic, low-alcohol, sparkling cider (0.5% alc./vol.) made with a bouquet of fresh apples. Its natural effervescence brings out its true fruity taste.
Serve chilled between 4°C and 6°C.
The sparkling Clos/Point5 cider is ideal as an aperitif or with desserts, it can be served for any occasion; to celebrate or simply as a refreshment.
