METHOD

Minot Cider House’s Des Glaces ice cider is produced in winter through cryoextraction, which consists of freezing the must then extracting sweet, flavourful and concentrated syrup. The must is fermented at low temperatures for 6 to 8 months.

TASTING NOTES (10% ALC./VOL.)

An ice cider with subtle but complex aromas of candied apples and apricots. A smooth yet pleasant acidity with concentrated flavours. Excellent and fine mouth finish.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Serve chilled between 8ºC and 10ºC.

Minot Cider House’s Des Glaces cider is the perfect pairing for foie gras, fine cheeses, and desserts.
