METHOD

With a blend of apple juice and apple-brandy, this Québécois pommeau is gently aged in oak barrels for 18 months to achieve its fullness.

TASTING NOTES (16.5 % ALC./VOL.)

A beautifully coloured golden pommeau with aromas of ripe apples, vanilla and apple brandy. To taste, this soft cider is smooth and heady.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Minot Cider House’s Doré still cider is serve chilled (6°C to 8°C) as an aperitif or an after-dinner drink. It is also delicious served at room temperature (16 °C to 18 °C) with foie gras or with soft and strong Quebec cheeses.
