APPLE CIDER VARIETIES

METHOD

The apples for La Bolée still cider are handpicked, crushed, and then pressed. The fermentation happens at low temperatures under pressure. Aged on lees, the cider is then filtered and bottled at low temperatures to keep just enough CO2 and all its freshness.

TASTING NOTES (7% ALC./VOL.)

La Bolée is a dry still cider, with delicate apple aromas. To taste, it is smooth and supple with a hint of refreshing CO2.

SERVING SUGGESTION

Serve chilled between 8oC and 10oC.

La Bolée still cider pairs well with white meats, sushi, mussels, raclette, and cheese fondue. Substitute La Bolée still cider for white wine in your favourite recipes.
