METHOD (NATURAL EFFERVESCENCE)
Our La Croisée sparkling cider aged on lees is obtained through a second fermentation in sealed tanks of a cider containing natural residual sugar. The process is followed by filtration and finally a hint of ice cider is added to this dry sparkling cider.
TASTING NOTES (7 % ALC./VOL.)
Minot Cider House’s La Croisée cider is an ingenious cross between a sparkling cider and ice cider. Measuring 7% alcohol per volume, this product with fine bubbles reveals fresh full aromas, while the ice cider gives it notes of apricot. Smooth and fresh on the palate, it has a nice persistence. A surprising product to try, La Croisée sparkling cider is the best of both worlds!
La Croisée sparkling cider is served chilled between 4 °C and 6 °C.
