Berries with honey and Des Glaces ice cider
Prep time: 25 minutes
500 ml (2 cups) of seasonal fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants etc.)
45 ml (3 Tbsp) honey (wild flowers if possible)
250 ml (1 cup) of Du Minot des Glaces Ice Cider
250 ml (1 cup) 35 % cream
45 ml (3 Tbsp) maple sugar
Place fruits in decorative bowls. Cut strawberries lenghtwise if they are too big. In a bowl, dissolve honey and Du Minot des Glace Ice Cider. Pour over fruits and refrigerate until serving time.
Beat cream with maple sugar. Cover each bowl with cream and decorate with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
