Mr. Robert Demoy, co-founder and owner of the cider mill, has an excellent reputation with his peers and within the industry. A graduate oenologist from Bordeaux University, Mr. Demoy is recognized for his expertise and his innovative methods. He is also very active in the industry, notably in his role as President of the Association canadienne des œnologues (Canadian association of oenologists).
