 Crément de pomme du Minot Rosé    
 Varieties:  Geneva
 Cidrification: Apples are picked by hand, crushed, briefly steeped and pressed only once, it is allowed to ferment at low temperature becoming naturally effervescent in sealed tanks without addition of any sugar.
 Results: A rosé cider (the color coming for the apple’s flesh which is red) with an aroma of red fruit and a slightly bitter taste (due to the tartness of the Geneva apple) giving it more character and a resistant mousse.
 Service: Ideal with smoked fish and delicatessen food.  Excellent with desserts and goat cheese. Serve between 4ºC and 6ºc
