 Du Minot Brut    
 Varieties:  McIntosh,  Lobo,Cortland,   Empire
 Cidrification: A traditional method used in Brittany inspired this sparkling cidre bouché on lees, with no sugar added and an aging process on lees.  Its refined taste presents fresh fruit aromas with a twist of vanilla and yeast.
 Results: A sparkling cider, semi-dry, with the aroma of ripe fruit, vanilla and yeast.  To the taste, a full cider with a light refreshing effervescence.
 Service:

For a sensational brunch:  fill tall champagne glasses with equals parts chilled Du Minot Brut and red or white cranberry juice.  Add a splash of cassis, blackberry or raspberry cream and garnish with fresh berries.
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC.
