 Clos du Minot Tradition    
 Varieties:  McIntosh
 Cidrification: Apples are picked by hand, crushed, briefly steeped and pressed only once, it is allowed to ferment at low temperature becoming naturally effervescent in sealed tanks without addition of any sugar.
 Results: A low alcohol cider (0.5% alcohol) with its bouquet of fresh apples, lightly acidic with a natural effervescence and a true fruity taste.
 Service: Ideal as an aperitif or with desserts, it can be served at any occasion, to celebrate or simply for refreshment.  Temperature for service is between 4ºC and 6ºC.
